Encina: An Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Spain. This cold pressed oil has a smoother taste. It is perfect for cooking and baking. Encina is mild and we love it for both dipping and for sauteeing and frying. It is light, and so is great with chicken, fish and veggies. Encina is $13.00+ shipping for a 12 ounce bottle with a pourer.
Golden Wattle: An Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Australia, made from Picual olives. This oil is robust with a dramatic, peppery finish. It is best suited for pasta sauces, but is also amazing as a dipping oil. Also great with sausages, red meats and chicken. Try both and see the difference!
